Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza Naples

I had a one-night stay at a hotel close to the train station. The room was small but cute and perfect for a solo traveler like me. The bed was reasonably comfy and I appreciated having a fridge/mini bar. The location was convenient for catching an early train.

The AC in the room didn't work despite there being a climate control panel on the wall. I tried to lower the temperature to 68°F, but the room never went below 72.5°F.

Friendly staff, quick room change, ocean view options, spacious rooms, convenient location with amenities. Delicious breakfast, attentive waitresses, pleasant atmosphere. Clean room, good breakfast, affordable price compared to similar hotels.

We felt safe at Best Western Hotel Plaza. The staff were really good too ensure our security, even personally accompanying us on walks outside the hotel. The cleanliness and spaciousness of our room added to the overall positive experience. we would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many great shops and restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated the car hire and 24-hour room service - it made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable! The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything we needed to feel at home. And the terrace was a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view.
